Since when has “INTENT” BEEN IMPORTANT IN LEGAL CASES.
I remember being taught that the ACTION, THE ACTIVITY OF ILLEGALITY, were what interested the “court.”
And INTENT was handled by the morals of the law enforcement, not the legal and judgment arms of the LAW.
Do we know how difficule it is to prove INTENT???????

This is insanity and the cowardly Judges that make that decision are too scared or unwilling to make a clear, legal decision are a thing of the past.
Surprise! We have no legal system in this country. Court rooma are just star chambers run by democrats.
If the judge were to rule in Kari’s favor, that would upset
the whole apple cart. Proven illegal misconduct in this
election in this county would question other elections across
the US. They cannot afford such questions to be answered.

Fight on Kari. Appeal this decision. Banana republics require appeal now and again for surely not all justices are corrupt.
A lot less evidence of fraud in AZ? Yeah, maybe compared to Pennsylvania! AZ was at the center of recounting, forensics, witness testimony, statistical investigation, etc. after the 2020 election. That doesn’t sound like everything went flawless and securely. There were a lot of unanswered questions why things played out in an irregular way. You remember how in 2020 certain states stopped counting in the middle of the night? Here during the morning certain machines stopped working. Why? Because Republican turnout was high. It is too convenient that this stopping always benefits the Democrats. All the anomalies and irregularities always benefit the Democrats. Yeah, no cheating here!!!
When it comes to the ComDem’s, they believe they are above the law.
And they do take care of each other. They are all evil and they are inclined to want to deal with other criminals and those who relish evil.
This will not be solved in DC.

That term has been applied some very evil types of people.
Controversy, irregularity, suspicions, statistical investigations and unanswered questions do not constitute proof.
The ballots were counted. There were fewer for Lake. There is no proof she had more.
All these doubts and suspicions are offset by the pre election polls. The result is not a shock. It aligns with pre election measurement. The anti MAGA Republicans cannot decide things more or less anywhere other than AZ. AZ allows them to pretend to larger numbers than they have.
This is what typically happened with Trump. A lower court political hack judge would rule against him, then Trump would take it to upper courts and win there.
Interestingly, it’s usually the exact opposite of what happens with biden.
I assume from day one that she would lose in this court, just as Trump usually lost in the lower political hack judge courts. This sort of thing isn’t won at this level. It’s one in state supreme courts and federal supreme courts, were the reputation of the Court is a little higher priority.
Well, as I said since 2008, the problem isn’t our elected officials. The problem is the electorate.

Why the hell would she testify? She’s not a technical witness to the fraud, or a participant in the fraud. It would’ve been a waste of time.
Maybe if the judge didn’t have them on such a short leash time-wise, she might have. He limited the trial to a few hours — two short days.

America has devolved into a third-world hellhole. All the indicators are present. How do we claw our way out of this hellhole? All conventional methods have now failed us. The communists’ grip keeps getting tighter and tighter. It’s the Communist way to keep tightening the insufferable, suffocating grip until people rise up to catch a breath of freedom once again.
