The bad news: 2023 is already shaping up to be a very, very bad year

Share Tweet ... More As the new year approaches, it is time to consider how 2023 might unfold.

Of course, the starting point, the contemporary context, would be the recent history of COVID lockdowns; massive government spending and inflation and constrictive energy policies driving up energy and food prices, as well as most “downstream prices,” and wiping out retirement savings; Fed strategies depressing the market; war in Ukraine threatening nuclear confrontation; China’s rising political aggression; political corruption of government institutions and apparent government-led attacks on the First Amendment, at least according to the “Twitter Files”; rising urban crime; a surge in illegal immigration bringing drugs, crime and a disrupted labor market; a growing culture war on women, fueled both by the Dobbs decision and the rising political activism of the trans community; and chaos in the American educational system, leading to a sharp decline in student performance.

“Just so people have their Instagram and Facebook and their expensive coffee they don’t pay attention.”

I have none of the three. Maybe that’s why I’m such a happy guy.

GRADY MEANS, The hill, and the Left.

What a bunch of sad sacks who want everybody else to be as miserable as they are which is why we’re in the mess we’re in right now.

2023 will open up best opportunity to buy stocks for long term. I will buy every dip in markets during 2023, and expect 25% gains by mid-2024.

Today the media reports stock market closing at its worst year since 2008. What happened in 2008 you might ask?
Well the magic negro was put in office. The democRAT Congress crashed the economy with liar loans and “everyone deserves a home” to create the housing bubble. Economy tanked and a RAT was selected for residency in the white hut.
Now we have the geriatric idiot installed and it’s full speed to bankrupt the nation.
Seeing a pattern here yet?
This is by design and with intent. Hang on kids, it’s going to get bumpy!

We had a chance to fix it in 2022 but the GOOBers decided they wanted more of Pedo Joe so they started trashing conservatives and campaigning for the Marxist pigs.

Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Gab, Truth Social, etc.

I have LinkedIn, but it’s turned off.

If FR counts, then I have one. This is the only place I post, but EEGator isn’t my birth name...

“I have none of the three.”

I have only “expensive” coffee, but I use a refillable Kurig cup rather than the disposable ones.

I go one step further: My wife and I have only one cell phone and neither carry it on a daily basis. I love not having that phone with me.

“everyone deserves a home” to create the housing bubble

This was started under GW Bush and the Dodd/Frank act.
They gave mortgages to people who had absolutely no means to pay them back. The worst were the NO DOCUMATION loans. It opened the loan industry up to unscrupulous fraud loans made by mortgage companies all over the country.

It differs in the Winter from the Summer.

Right now I go to the gym 4 days a week.
I lift upper body (two different routines) on Tuesday and Saturday.
I lift lower body on Sunday and do a bike exercise on Thursday. (It’s called Expresso which I understand is similar to Peloton?...)

In the Summer I lift upper body about every 5 days, and do sprint or plyometric work 2 or 3 times a week.

I go for walks when it isn’t cold out but don’t count that.
I meditate daily if not more than once daily. (I’m a naturally wound up guy, so it helps calm me down)

“The Hill “…..now it’s turning out to be a bad year. Where the hell have you been…..oh yeah shilling for your comrades, the liar in chief and the evil demonicRATS like your POS rag!. it’s been dire since the vegetable in chief got elected. But how convenient now that the Republicans have Congress it’s shaping up to be a bad bad year. I smell BS! It already has been VERY BAD for the last two years. When I have to gloss over buying eggs because I can’t see myself paying five bucks a dozen that’s bad! When chicken is $13 -$14 a pack that is bad bad. People in fixed incomes, and the elderly are suffering tremendously. The invaders are taking priority and funds. Funds that should be going to the aging American population. These people are evil! I hate the mediavomits…. Hate them. They are poison and are bad for America!
