Super ignorant. There are separate document laws for government employees (Biden) & Presidents (Trump). There is no special cut out for VPs. If justice were applied by law & fairly, Biden could actually face removal from office for stealing (which he did) those papers.

There is one huge difference they do not talk about. Trump was POTUS and could de-classify what he wanted. Biden was VP during this time and did not have that power.
Biden, as we all know, has committed treasonous acts. He will be forced to cut a deal. He will resign for health reasons and Kamala will be positioned to serve 10 years in the WH, but she will only serve 2.
