Don’t eff’n tell me how to heat, cook or dry clothes. I heat my home and water with gas. I cook with gas. I bake with electricity. I dry my clothes with electricity. Those are they way I like to do things and they work for me. There are cases when electricity is superior to gas and gas is superior to electricity. It’s called freedom. If they don’t like it, then they can personally cut CO2 emissions by covering their heads with a plastic bag and duct tapping it around their necks.
I value freedom over their climate change fantasies and irrational fears.

I like what you say, when buying a condo I found one I liked but no gas. Then I found that the entire section had no gas. Could I run gas in and remodel? No the gas main was too far away. I left skid marks as I passed on this property.
Yes, having gas is a dependable back up— who would choose to put all the eggs in one basket? Not this board certified Safety Engineer.
