I just checked my yard. About 29 years ago the jonquils were poking their heads through the ground on Jan 5. Earliest ever! Today I noticed they are also doing the same on Jan 19.
If that is an indication of weather it means winters are now colder and longer.

After his defeat in 2000, the Democrats wanted nothing to do with Gore. John Kerry and Hillary Clinton but not Al Gore, worked in the Obama Administration, and notably the Biden Administration appointed Kerry, and not Gore as the environmental czar. Gore is essentially an elderly male version of Greta Thunberg.
