Most of the world is finally climbing out of the gulag cocoons that “the authorities” and “experts” created to silence dissent during the COVID scare campaign.
Are you beginning to feel a bit less oppressed? Are you just a little miffed after being fed lies and threats endlessly? Don’t people driving alone in their cars wearing masks finally seem as absurd as they should have seemed for two years?
Don’t get too comfortable.
You ain’t seen nothin’ yet. In less than a year another presidential campaign kicks off and the powers that be intend by then to have reinstated a lockdown mentality. They must. Why? Control and money. Their control and your money.
Expect more scare campaigns on at least two fronts (probably more).
1. They will ratchet up more horror stories of yet another “pandemic.” Why? Because it worked for two years and will again.
2. They will reapply all the pseudo-science and renew their authoritarian demands, this time under the cloak of “climate change.” Even though temperatures have leveled off for decades and if every one of their drastic schemes were invoked it would not change world temperatures even 1 degree or change Africa’s and China’s plans to proceed full tilt with affordable fossil fuel development.
We will see if the public learned anything from the horrific two-year fascist grip on the economy, government, academy, health care, and the media. You can bet your would-be controllers are adjusting their game plans to expand on what worked for them before, and to avoid doing what the public is unlikely to buy this time around.

I think the big money play is going to be in the bogus “Long COVID”.
I believe that based on what we didn’t know at the time, giving the benefit of the doubt to the “two weeks to flatten the curve” mantra was OK. Once it became clear to everyone with a functioning synapse that it was a hoax that benefit went away. We, or at least I, as I can only speak for myself, will not be giving that benefit of doubt going forward. Also, knowing what we know now, such an overreach would not be well received, if you get my drift.

I mostly agree with this. I believe there is a shift in the narrative taking place. Politicians and the media are a fickle group who are always looking for the next big crisis to exploit. It is amazing how they turned what was basically a slightly worse version of the flu into a huge disaster.
That said, my wife and I have been sick for over a month with a bad bout of Covid. We are slowly getting over it, but sheesh! Supposedly, Delta which we had a year and a half ago was worse than Omicron, but we licked that in about a week. At our dentist's office where we caught this latest version the fully vaccinated and boosted staff were nearly all down for a month.
The interesting thing to me is that for us the version that is going around now seems worse than previous versions but the coverage is no longer hysterical. This is a positive development as far as we are concerned.
The Wu Flu plague had limited shelf life as a hoax. That’s why they are queueing up the UFO invasion. With today’s tech and the sheep like gullibility of the masses it has endless dictatorial potential.
Think of the wars in 1984.
Don’t bet on it. I had an acquaintance who PROUDLY posted a photo/selfie of himself fully masked getting his 5th CoVID booster shot with the comment that he’s really glad he got this booster because he had to wait two weeks to get it because he had CoVID and they wouldn’t give him the booster while he was “sick”.
Say WHAT?
There are 300 trillion underfunded liability reasons why shots and boosters will continue…
The stupid runs deep in these people. I am surrounded by them at work. As they’re on shot number 5?6? or whatever, had Covid 2-3X then brag about getting another shot.
I am amazed every single time. I’m almost waiting for someone to say “Haha-—got you——just joking”!
However, it never happens.

I literally gasped when he said he had to postpone the latest CoVID shot because he was recovering from CoVID...
At this point, the aphorism about doing the same thing over and over expecting different results should kick in.
