Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) is mulling a run for mayor of Houston, Texas, according to reports.
Semafor first reported Jackson Lee’s potential mayoral run after speaking to three sources familiar with the congresswoman’s plans. The publication’s Kadia Goba noted that Jackson Lee declined to comment on the matter when reached by phone.

Anything, if it gets her out of Congress.

As a member of congress, you are just one of 435. The democrat party won’t even give her any chairmanships because she such a stench in their noses.
However, if one gets elected mayor, everyone has to bow and scrape before you and that is just what SJL craves. Not to mention the opportunity for graft and corruption. Current mayor Turner is just going “in your face” corruption as he gets term limited out of office.
She would get elected. Why? Because as I have posted numerous times she and Rodney Ellis have full time “companies” that do all sorts of voter fraud. This has been going on for a VERY long time and is likely what was cloned by Democrats around the country.

In the last mayor’s election Tony Buzbee should have won but it was stolen from him.
