I have no doubt that the Biden family is guilty of many crimes, but the fact is, the U.S. is not now, or ever has been at war with China. Yes, we fought Chinese troops in Korea, but Congress never declared war on either North Korea or China. Last person to be convicted of treason was as a result of activities during WWII, the last time we have been at ‘war’.

The way war is conducted has very much changed, but unless and until Congress declares war on somebody, we currently have no ‘official’ enemies. We should, I think, be careful in trying to make ‘treason’ fit what we think it should be rather than what the Constitution says it is.

The left claims that January 6 was an insurrection on par with the Civil War. (I realize that none of the January 6 trespassers have been charged with insurrection, but you know the left would do it if they thought they could get away with it. They already want to disqualify President Trump from any elected office because of ‘insurrection’ even though he hasn’t been charged with it—yet—give them time.

Tucker did show footage another day of a young man in a red MAGA hat walking into the Capitol for a minute, then walking out the door into the street.

For that one minute peaceful “incursion” that young guy has been having all kinds of “legal” trouble.

The young man and his attorney both appeared on Tucker last week after he aired that particular footage.

But you’re right....where is the rest of the footage? Australian Trump hater Rupert Murdoch and FOX board member Paul Ryan must have read Tucker the riot act.

about a week ago someone posted pics of fbi agents in uniforn and in plain clothes and gave his opion they were the same, using ai and especially looking at ears..he identified 6-8 some by name..some were at charlottsvile and jan 6 etc serch of someones house in uniform...did he get shut down or still around?
