Rep. Nancy Pelosi was flagged on Twitter for a tweet saying that former President Donald Trump can “prove innocence” in a trial, suggesting that Mr. Trump is guilty until proved otherwise.
“No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence,” Mrs. Pelosi, California Democrat, tweeted after Mr. Trump‘s indictment by a New York grand jury.

I think that is where they are going. Pelosi seemed to work on the you’re guilty and the Trial by Ordeal is them parading people in public like this for shaming, it IS an ordeal.

We have a female Supreme Court judge who can’t define ‘woman’, other judicial nominees who can’t discuss Brady or other motions; and a woman who has been in Congress for decades who doesn’t understand due process.

Simple. The ruling class has become some group(s) other
than the male white class that originally ruled when this
country was founded.
The founders brought enough darker skinned people into this mix
that now has a major impact upon what now goes on. They were
brought in to do the manual chores both inside and outside.
Then the people from south of the Texas border started coming in to
get some better paying jobs etc. Thus balance of power to govern has
been shifting to other groups that form a majority mixed with whites
that aren’t that conservative.
