A School Committee in Easthampton, Massachusetts is facing further setbacks in its search for a new superintendent.
Vito Perrone was their first choice for the role but ultimately lost his job offer after he used the term 'ladies' in an email while negotiating his pay.

Last month, Perrone was offered the position by the Easthampton School District but after an email exchange in which he attempted to negotiate slightly higher pay and more sick days, he says the offer was withdrawn after he addressed two female committee members as 'ladies' in an email.

In an email, viewed by the Gazette, he addresses Chairperson Cynthia Kwiecinski and Suzanne Colby, executive assistant to the committee as 'ladies'.
According to Perrone, Kwiecinski said that using 'ladies' was a microaggression and 'the fact that he didn't know that as an educator was a problem.'

Now the committee's second choice, Erica Faginski-Stark, has withdrawn her application after students reported past Facebook posts by her that contained conservative and transphobic rhetoric.
Students emailed the Mayor of Easthampton, Nicole LaChapelle expressing their 'extreme concerns' about the committee's second choice candidate for the role.
'Under the belief that this is her Facebook account, she has posted conservative transphobic rhetoric a multitude of times,' students wrote to Mayor Nicole LaChapelle.

In a post from January 2021 she wrote: “For EVERY female athlete out there, it’s time to speak up. As a former Div. 1 scholarship athlete and academic & athletic ALL American, our young women just got stripped of their equal rights and equal opportunity.”
Subsequent posts from March 2021 included a link to a petition to 'Defend Title IX' and stated that 'only girls should play girls' sports!'

The better applicants have probably been scared away, reading how this school district is so very easily triggered.
They’ll likely end up hiring a sex focused Tran athletic director. That will make everybody happy except for the students, who won’t ever want to be alone with this new director.

If the people of this Massachusetts town elected and support such a Board of Education, then the community is so hopelessly stupid that any decent, rational person would be a fool to voluntarily stay there.

In the article, they have a screenshot of a BOE Meeting from March 2023, 40% of the board is masked up, one looks to be double masked.
Well, they do border Northampton, possibly the most leftist town in Western MA. I would say you would have to go to the Boston area, Martha’s Vineyard/Nantucket and parts of Cape Cod, think Provicnetown(sp?) to get more leftist.
They need to test these woke schools like we did Anheiser Busch aka Bud Light.

There is something fundamentally wrong in the head of all those who believe in the woke ideology.
I believe they are a danger to themselves and others. I believe they should lose the right to vote, own firearms, and have to wear an ankle monitor so they can be found at all times.
Obviously no biological male, regardless of their mental illness status (trans), should ever be in a ladies bathroom, locker room, changing room, etc. To do so should be an automatic 6 months in a psychiatric inpatient facility.

I disagree, and I would encourage any Mass Freeper qualified to apply for the job and first obtain the job by playing along, because it is nearly impossible to be fired from pubrik skrewel administration.
Then, Day One in your new job, post "There Are Only Two Sexes" on the internal Slack channel. In their attempt to fire you, you will rake at least 2 years pay on the way out.
Ladies is not accepted? What about HOs? I tell my daughters that they are ladies. Didn't know I was insulting them. 🤓
