What if we asked a highly sophisticated artificial intelligence program to analyze all Americans eligible to be president and come up with the names of everyone who has the characteristics required for someone in that important job — things like character, competence, integrity and common sense.
Raise your hand if you think the names “Joe Biden” or “Donald Trump” would show up in the top million names the AI program would spit out. Besides Biden, Trump and maybe members of their immediate families, I’m guessing not a lot of hands would go up.
But here we are. Almost nobody wants Joe Biden to run again, and yet he is running, and with only token opposition from within his party. And just about nobody outside the MAGA right wants Donald Trump to run again, either, and yet he’s (at least for now) light years ahead of his nearest likely opponent, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.).

Remember that name.
Not a ice cube’s chance in hell. All it will do is guarantee Uncle Joe serves until he dies.
Bernard Goldberg seems to have nothing to write about these days. Saying those things don’t cost anything. Would he bet his own money on it?
You’re right. Biden will win. The steal goes on and little has been done to stop it.
Gee, I wonder where the term “third-party” came from? Oh yeah, THEY ALWAYS FINISH THIRD!
Like 1860, there will be four major parties, five if Trump runs from prison.
Now the democrats are starting a third party not new.
Liberal ‘elites’ have zero trust or faith in citizens.
Goldberg needs to move to some totalitarian hellhole where ‘elites’ rule... I’m betting he voted for dementia Joe the ‘big guy’ who sold out his country to anyone willing to stuff cash in the pockets on any of his family members.
Why would any of us want to listen to what he has to say?
Not very likely.
Only way I could see this happening this cycle is if RFK Jr or someone realized how corrupted the D system is and realizes he could win the primary, but won’t be allowed to.
However getting on the ballot in all 50 states is no trivial task... would need to start laying the groundwork for this now if they were going to try to do it.
Need a LOT of cash to try something like this, and I just don’t see it as likely to happen.
I’m still amazed at how many FReepers here voted for Ross Perot, yet still refuse to acknowledge that they helped Clinton get elected.
Or if they do, they claim that Clinton was no better or worse than Bush. So there.
You will never close a deal with a confusing number of options.
THAT'S why Washington grinds so slowly. . . . dems always throw in a bunch of amendments that have absolutely nothing to do with the bill.

If you control the votes it doesn’t matter who is the candidate.
>> All it will do is guarantee Uncle Joe serves until he dies.
Unless the third party candidate splits the ‘RAT vote...
I've been told, repeatedly, on this forum, that your argument is just typical "neocon, globalist, GOPe nonsense".
I voted for Ross Perot.
I admit I helped elect Clintoon.
Want another True Confession? In the primary run-up to 2008, McCain was on his way to the (R) nomination, so I crossed over and voted in the (D) primary AGAINST Her Heinous Hillary; I saw her evil as the end of America should she get elected. IIRC, Rush Limbaugh was suggesting this. Therefore I suppose you’d say I helped elect Obummer.
I learned my lesson on both bad votes, however. Never, never, NEVER again.
For sure.
