Former President Trump on Thursday was given three days to decide whether to testify in his civil trial over writer E. Jean Carroll’s sexual battery and defamation allegations against him.
A new update shows the court granted Trump until 5 p.m. Sunday to file a motion to reopen his case “for the sole purpose of testifying as a witness in this case.”

Why would they change.
Not a good idea. Trump won’t be confronting Carroll, it’s her attorney confronting him.
He shouldn’t testify. It only elevates her bullchit. Ignore the witch.
I hope Trump can resist being in the spotlight just this once. The temptation will be very strong, as it appeals to his nature. Trump often performs quite well under pressure that would break most people, but the stakes here are too high. Save your performance talents for your next rally, Mr. President.

I’m not saying he won’t tell the truth under oath; only that Democrats will say he is not telling the truth under oath.
Such a charge would be criminal, not civil.

Trump Accuser E. Jean Carroll Keeps Calling Rape ‘Sexy’, As Social Media Notices Her Story Matches a 2012 Law & Order Episode.
The notion is perhaps underscored by the fact that her story about Donald Trump raping her appears in a 2012 episode of Law and Order, featuring rape fantasists and the very same Bergdorf Goodman department store dressing rooms she claims the former President used in an attack on her.
Carroll – a Law and Order fan – first made her allegations against Trump in a 2019 book.
Among other things, Kaplan has ruled that Trump’s team cannot bring up the fact that Carroll’s litigation has been funded by Democrat billionaire Reid Hoffman.Despite having initially claimed the litigation was not receiving outside funding, she recently and apparently quite suddenly recalled that, in fact, it has had the financial backing of Reid Hoffman, a billionaire Democrat who previously “contributed more than $600,000 to the legal defense fund of… Fusion GPS, the company responsible for the creation of the Steele Dossier,” according to Trump’s legal team.
Carroll has alleged she has been subject to sexual assaults and rapes or attempted rapes by a long list of “hideous men” and others, including “a bloodthirsty, beautiful, relentless boy” aged seven or eight when she was also a child, a babysitter’s boyfriend, a camp counsellor, a dentist, an unnamed pocket knife-wielding youth she went on a date with in college, an unnamed former boss, CBS chief executive Les Moonves, and finally, Donald Trump.

No. 2...She kept the "supposed" coat/dress she wore but not the tights?? And again...she didn't want to be reminded. And no one knows...except her...if the dress she is exhibiting is any way attached to this "dreamed up" event.

Now remember, she wasn't sure about the year...end of 1995 or early 1996.
So that would mean that Trump was shopping at Bergdorf in those years....Really...I like to see his proof of purchases...

Who would have expected a high school teen to maintain a calendar, and then keep it for his entire life?

Trump in a deposition said he shopped there rarely...if ever. A former employee said he saw Trump in the store....no date.
After divorcing her second husband...whom she accused of strangling her...she stayed in Rockland until sometime in the mid 2000's.
So that means...she actually moved the dress...really??
And she bumped into him as she was LEAVING the store. I doubt very much if she went out of her way to go to Bergdorf's after work and didn't buy anything.
In 1995, Carroll would have been 52...
