WASHINGTON — The FBI has refused to give Congress an informant file alleging that President Biden took bribes while he was vice president, The Post has learned — setting up a possible showdown over access to the information.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) issued a legally binding subpoena last week requiring the FBI to turn over the file by noon Wednesday, but the FBI responded instead with a six-page letter raising various objections.
“Information from confidential human sources is unverified and, by definition, incomplete,” wrote FBI acting assistant director for congressional affairs Christopher Dunham, who also argued that informant reports must also be kept private to protect the sources of allegations.

Basically: “We refuse to do anything because the investigation is ongoing.”
With a touch of: “We wouldn’t want to provide any evidence against a suspect until after he has been fully convicted in a court of law.”
They’re laughing at us.
This treachery cannot be allowed to stand.
The FBI would and did, happily, turn over documents they claimed implicated Trump but now happily defend Biden?!
It’s an absolutely corrupted organization and the only thing to be done is for congress to dissolve it.

Cut their manpower funding 25%.
Force them to prioritize.
It is if House Republicans do not defund and shutter the FBI. And you know that isn't going to happen.
Zero out their budget, cancel the new HQ.

YES. Damnit Congress, show some gravitas and use the power of the purse, otherwise they will just keep doing the same crap they have been.
So please explain exactly what they need to do. They can gather information and evidence, expose it and make referrals to the DOJ for prosecution. What they can't do is arrest and prosecute. So, if you were there what would you be doing that they are not? And for that matter, why aren't you there doing it?
And impeach Wray as FBI Director.
Cut the fbi budget to $0. Why would you pay for crap like that?

Dissolve the FBI as well as the DHS, NSA, CIA, ATF, HHS, EPA, DoED, DOE and especially the IRS and the USDT. Did I miss any?
No need to hand him to the US Marshals, Congress can detain people through their Sergeant at Arms until the end of the current session. When that ends, subpoena the doc again. No doc, back in the hole. Rinse and repeat.
Assume DoED is Education? They definitely need to go.
The left has taken over every institution. We can’t call upon federal LEO’s for help because they are corrupt. We can’t get help from the Courts, because they are corrupt or scared as well. They ignore Congress. The left has conservatives arrested if they try to object to the lawlessness.
God is going to have to intervene.
