"ATF is responding to a report of a mass shooting in Farmington, NM." I'm guessing that this is yet another false flag operation. Run out of the ATF instead of the FBI this time.
The ATF is not supposed to be a first or even second or third responder... They should only be involved when local / state police want to trace how the criminals got their firearms, explosives , alcohol or tobacco.

There was a massive call-out last week in Rio Rancho (suburb to Albuquerque) involving US Marshals, Rio Rancho PD, Albuquerque PD, Bernalillo County Sheriff and others for a dude who walked away from a halfway house after he cut off his ankle monitor. He’d been arrested for making pipe bombs and other charges. I wonder if this is somehow related given how fast ATF got there. Albuquerque is a three hour drive from Farmington.

NM seems to have a high number of officers shot in the line of duty. A quick search shows it to be the 4th most dangerous state as far as deaths are concerned. Mississippi is the most dangerous.

Ok then. Three people were killed in a shooting incident, two police officers were injured.
Police are civilians.
