A section of I-95 has collapsed in Philadelphia. Can't find any links yet but is being reported on local news. The cause is likely a truck fire.

I remember the tire fire that destroyed a big chunk of 95. Someone had been disposing of tires for years and when they were set on fire it just destroyed the elevated highway. Very unpleasant driving conditions ensued for months.

Possibly the tanker truck going north took exit 30, which is a downward ramp and left turn under I-95, overturned and caught on fire.
