Evanston, IL is the start of the “North Shore” (high end) group of suburbs along Lake Michigan immediately north of Chicago. An ultra-liberal town with a long history of bleeding heart activities. No surprise on this initiative; as it gets worse, those with money will start to evaporate and the rest, you already know. Illinois, the place where common sense and sanity has long left and the unions, parasites of all kinds and ages, flourish. Another part of Illinois where people are quietly leaving the state.
