CNN cited a study from Tulane University Wednesday and claimed “structural racism” may be behind mass shootings in large cities like Chicago and Milwaukee.
CNN leaned on the study to point out “mass shootings in major metropolitan areas…disproportionately affect black people.”
They quoted the Tulane researchers indicating, “Racial and ethnic minority populations are significantly more likely to be victims of (mass shootings).”

Clearly there is “structural” anti-white racism advanced by the Statists. Marxists demand division based on an “oppressed/oppressor” dynamic.

Yes. The doctrine of Disparate Impact says there are no racial group differences.
So any observed differences with negative outcomes are a result of “racism”.
I have entered Mexico from San Ysidro.
The Mexican government has many metal detectors to detect possible incoming guns.
Perhaps metal detectors could be placed near sidewalks to detect thugs with hidden guns. A warrant could then be obtained for a stop & frisk.

The demand for racism is much higher than the actual supply.

I had physical therapy with a smart black lady that said, yes, blacks might *in general* aren’t responsible enough to have weapons. There’s a big, big race/violence issue and it the facts support it in a general sense.
Individually, of course they’d want weapons. But the masses of them, they need to be excluded from a lot of things (and are) because we don’t want to end up like Nigeria or South Africa.
