More info on Judge Chutkan.

Jack Poso 🇺🇸
@JackPosobiec

The Trump case has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan, according to the court docket. Chutkan, an Obama appointee, is the only federal judge in Washington, D.C., who has sentenced Jan. 6 defendants to sentences longer than the government had requested.

To me, these Trumped up charges and sham revenge/strategic indictments are nothing more than the dying bleats of our new-Age “King George Government.”

George Washington and many other founding fathers were ‘guilty’ of rebellion against established government at the time. It’s no different here, and when I vote for Trump and he gets elected it will be the beginning of the Second American Revolution as far as I’m concerned.

Here’s more, and this is the mother of all projections. These people are actually brainwashed.

President Donald Trump’s indictment for “trying to subvert the 2020 election”
convincingly aids Trump in his efforts to reclaim the White House.

REALITY CHECK-—Joe stepped into a mess w/ the Jan6 indictment.

The ruthless corrupt Biden now has to prove joe, in fact, did win the election.

B/c he cant, this lends credibility to all the Jan6 activities.

The spectacle of a sitting U.S. President stooping to new
levels of depravity and ruthlessness to hang onto power
is unprecedented.

Nothing joe biden conjures up will stop the Trump campaign.

“If Donald Trump does get his old job back, he won’t give it up again.”

What do they think Trump will do, pick up an AR and start shooting at anyone approaching the White House to evict him, thereby making it impossible for the next president to take office in 2029?

the Lincoln Project’s statement reads. “There is only one functioning party in America that cares about the rule of law and believes in democracy — and President Joe Biden is its candidate.”

Pedos of a feather flock together.

Spoiled Ballots! Proclaimed At The Georgia State Capitol
Georgia Record ^ | 8/1/23 | staff
FR Posted on 8/2/2023, 12:00:07 AM by CFW

.....at the Georgia State Capitol meeting of the State Election Board, over 50 courageous citizen speakers managed to break through the “iron curtain of election integrity rhetoric.”

In two lethal words: SPOILED BALLOT.

Spoiled ballot means the ballot is mismarked, mutilated, rendered impossible to determine the voter’s intent, or marked so as to violate the secrecy of the ballot (25 CFR § 81.4).

Under GA Law, a spoiled ballot may not be reinstated, making it effectively VOID.

The Georgia ballots are so spoiled that the Ga Secretary of the State removed the mandated directions for spoiling ballots from the ballot itself.......the concern being that the very IDEA that a ballot could be spoiled might enter into the minds of citizens; so they removed the required directions altogether.

Trump will probably lose. If the polls are close, the Democrats’ money and machinery will put them over the top.

I think DeSantis would fare better in a general election, but it may be that no one can win. The communists have been masterful at steadily seizing all the power structures but changing the voting system during the pandemic was their biggest coup. These systems can still be overwhelmed with a decisive shift in voter opinion, but good luck with that. 47% of the country would vote for Mao over Trump, and Biden is doing his best impression of him.

Trump will be convicted in DC. It doesn’t matter that the charges are garbage and a flagrant violation of his 1st Amendment rights. I would be hopeful that it would get appealed to SCOTUS and overturned, but who knows.

I don’t look forward to what happens next, but I’ve seen enough history from third world s-holes to know. It’s not civil war. Just govt officials turning up dead, political violence in the streets and more of these political imprisonments. We should have killed communism in the cradle, and now it’s coming into full bloom.

I think that’s probably right, even assuming he gets convicted by the lower court. He’ll be able to petition them to intervene if the lower court tried to jail him, beforehand, too. But I don’t think there’s any chance he’s going to win the White House back. Too many people just want the craziness gone, and his twitter feed still reads like a madman sometimes.

(Source: Federalist circa 2022)

The inspector general for the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) has opened a formal investigation into whether the law enforcement agency tasked with securing the Capitol has been inappropriately surveilling elected members of Congress, their staff, and visitors to their offices, The Federalist has learned.

The opening of the investigation follows news reports and accusations from lawmakers that USCP has overstepped its bounds as it tries to recover from the January 6 riots that tarnished both the Capitol and the reputation of the law enforcement agency that was supposed to keep it safe.

In related - Pelosi’s Capitol Police are alleged to have illegally entered the office of Congressman Troy Nehls (R-TX), photographing confidential legislative products and grilling staff, according to reports. The police – now under formal investigation – stand accused of dressing up as construction workers and attempting another entry just two days later. Reports suggest Capitol Police have built intelligence dossiers on those illegally investigated.

OBSERVATION - Pelosi has converted the Capitol police into her how personal stazi. The incidents are egregious. Should the democrats lose the house in November, the incoming republicans should clean house an have heads roll (figuratively). This is another step taking govt agencies and targeting protected activity of citizens and their representatives.

In related, Representative Louie Gohmert has accused the DoJ of intercepting mail from his constituents and illegally holding it. In one case, mail was withheld from the Congressman for over four months. “It is gravely concerning that since Congressional mail is constitutionally protected under the Speech and Debate Clause of the Constitution, it could be routed, intentionally or not, through the highly partisan DOJ. This is felonious behavior.”

OVERALL OBSERVATIONS - These Capitol police and DOJ actions point to a more aggressive move by the biden/leftist govt against US citizens. If a CW2 scenario goes hot, the likelihood of active involvement by govt agencies skyrocket. It ceases to be a more culture conflict between Red and Blue, but Fed Govt vs Red citizens/states.

Corrupt Biden sleeps easy with the knowledge that fortunately for him what comes around, goes around does not apply in the case where Republicans are assigned the goes around part of the equation.

FR Jan6 post

For anyone who lived through Election Night 2020, and watched Trump winning comfortably at 11:00 P.M. EST, only to lose that massive lead by the following morning, skepticism about the election will always remain intense. (And it seems more people are getting skeptical by the day.)

That skepticism is hardened by stories of municipalities that actually stopped counting during the night and reopened with large Biden pluralities.

Seems 570 Jan6 people are still held in D.C.’s jails (when post was written).......incarcerated for so long.......without trial.

The 570 were mostly kept in “restricted housing,” which translates to solitary confinement or other extreme denials of privileges normally granted to the general prison population.

So a large number of Americans are being held without trial under conditions that the Geneva Conventions would object to. Moreover, they violate the Constitution’s promise of both a speedy trial and the right to be free of cruel and unusual punishment (especially before a trial is carried out with the proper due process and an actual conviction).

Trump sought to ‘exploit the violence and chaos’ of Jan. 6 with lies, indictment says

WASHINGTON — Former President Donald Trump was criminally charged Tuesday with illegally conspiring to overturn his election loss to President Joe Biden in 2020.

Trump was indicted on four federal felony charges that centered on his alleged efforts to discount legitimate votes in the 2020 presidential race and subvert the election itself.

The first charge alleges a conspiracy to defraud the U.S. “by using dishonesty, fraud and deceit to obstruct the nation’s process of collecting, counting, and certifying the results of the presidential election,” according to the Justice Department.

The second details “a conspiracy to impede” the Jan. 6, 2021, congressional proceeding where the election results were certified.

The third was “a conspiracy against the right to vote and to have that vote counted,” said DOJ in a statement.

The charges mark the unprecedented third criminal indictment against the former president since he launched his latest bid for the 2024 Republican nomination. No other U.S. president, current or former, has ever faced criminal charges.

The election probe was led by special counsel Jack Smith, who also oversaw a separate investigation into Trump’s retention of classified documents at his resort home Mar-a-Lago after leaving the White House in 2021.

Trump has pleaded not guilty in that case, which is set to go to trial in May.

Trump’s lawyer vows to use new charges to ‘re-litigate every single issue’ of the 2020 election.

An attorney who is representing former President Donald Trump in his latest federal criminal indictment vowed to use the charges to “re-litigate every single issue in the 2020 election in the context of this litigation.”

The case gives Trump “an opportunity that he has never had before, which is to have subpoena power since January 6 in a way that can be exercised in federal court,” attorney John Lauro said in a Fox News interview.

Trump is charged with conspiring to overturn his election loss in the 2020 presidential race by pushing fraud claims he knew were false, which prosecutors say amounted to an effort to obstruct the electoral process.

Lauro’s comments suggest that the former president’s legal strategy in this case could include an attempt by his lawyers to portray Trump’s myriad false claims of widespread election fraud in late 2020 as legitimate concerns at the time, regardless of whether or not they were correct.
