The SCOTUS would have to have the courage to do what's right, and I just don't see it happening.

What will it take for this guy to realize that he is part of the problem? RICO was invented to be able to go after the big fish when it’s only the order takers who commit the actual crimes. It is very useful to go after powerful people who don’t actually get blood on their own hands.
It’s also useful to activist prosecutors who want to set a net and ensnare all their political enemies. Guilt by association and intimation of the public by a powerful government is not the spirit of RICO.

Trump was challenging illegitimate election results. That’s why they are bending over backward to jail him, but wouldn’t spend a single second investigating the charges of fraud, including 1,500 sworn affidavits from across the country.
I agree with your take to a point. It was about sex.
One was with a very young woman in the Oval Office.
The other was with an adult woman in a private setting.
The adult woman was not a witness in a trial. She was given
money to remain silent, but that’s not a crime in any stretch
of the imagination, with people who are mentally well.
Hillary didn’t divorce the guy, because she was a political
social climber.
I’m not sure what the deal was with Melania. She’s not a
social climber, and perhaps she did it to be financial
stable and to keep the son in contact with his dad on a
daily basis.

What the Democrats did with Trump was an affront to
Melania. He hadn’t done anything illegal or in a place
that was like the Oval Office.
Clinton should have been impeached on that alone.
Trump should have been left alone for the sake of his
family, since there was no political infraction whatsoever.
The time may come when democrats start handing out indictments against Trump supporters, posting evidence of election crimes on social media platforms. Enticing the cheers of desantis supporters.

I’m an internet junkie. The night the ballots were counted, there was a short video of election workers in some town in Georgia being told to throw out ballots from certain (Republican) precincts. I posted it on a thread here. ten minutes later, Freepers reported that the video didn’t exist.
AND that’s how Georgia got stolen and why their officials belong in hell. Or jail.
