Coming off of what Never Back Down considers a strong Republican National Committee debate performance by DeSantis, it is preparing a $25 million television ad buy in the two states. The TV spots will be purchased to run between Labor Day and Halloween.

The group expects to place the initial $13 million in reservations as soon as Friday, and it is planning additional ad purchases for New Hampshire.

Sen. Tim Scott's (R-SC) super PAC, Trust in the Mission or TIMPAC, was the first to reserve fall airtime earlier this month. TIMPAC made a $40 million reservation for TV and digital ads throughout the fall. The ad reservations are for Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina, where three of the nation's earliest caucuses and primaries will take place in 2024.

Considering team desantis spent close to $40 million in the first quarter, of which about half was spent through axios strategies, jeff roe's company, for ads and media, it's likely roe is going to get most of this.

Money isn’t the problem. People that get to know DeSanctus don’t want him - or the other midgets.

Jeb! spent $100 million and dropped out after South Carolina.

DeSantis is going to be over $100 million before the end of 2023.

$25 million wasted dollars? Save that for a different year and a different race.

Man that’s just setting fire to a pile of cash.

Desantis is burning through money like ... Jeb Bush. Politicians like to throw money at problems. He’ll be lucky to get 10 percent of the vote.

One wrong pathway to victory advisors might suggest: contrasting himself with Trump by saying “I’m Not A Crook.” Been done. The first guy didn’t last much longer after that.

DeSantis is like a Marvel-character. As long as he had the Florida state house Republicans pushing the agenda...things got done (in a hurry). Without their ‘power’....DeSantis is just a mortal (normal) character.

Best governor in the country and the most conservative candidate in the race. If you’re voting for Trump, you might as well vote for Chris Christie since he was one of his closest advisers last time.

Post Debate Poll: Trump 61, DeSantis 9; Trump 44, Biden 41; Only Three Percent of Democrats Want Trump as GOP Nominee
Aug. 25, 2023 5:00 pm

A New York Post Post – Leger poll taken after the GOP presidential debate this week shows President Trump crushing his closest primary rival, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, 61 to 9 percent while topping Joe Biden 44 to 41 percent in a general election matchup.

But but but but our good friends at Faux news are saying that Ronnie is surging. Maybe Murdoch has to have a wood shed discussion with somebody. Our good friends at Faux news wouldn’t lie would they?
