Jacksonville Dollar General shooting sees gunman kill multiple people before being shot while barricaded inside store

Multiple people have been shot dead at a Florida Dollar General store in Northwest Jacksonville after an armed suspect barricaded himself inside the store.
Emergency services, including a SWAT team, rushed to the scene on Kings Road, Northwest Jacksonville, at around 1pm on Saturday.
Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan confirmed there are 'a number of fatalities' following the incident, which saw the shooter barricade himself inside.
It is believed the shooter is now dead, although it's unclear if he was taken out by police, or killed himself.

Looking at the map, there’s a Black university and a Sheriff’s substation as the first two landmarks I saw on that street. Looks like the Dollar General may be about 3/4 of a mile from Campus. I’ve been in worse looking Black neighborhoods.

Kings Road is part of what is known in Jax as the "cease fire triangle." Heavily poor, black, and violent.

Parents found the manifesto and called police.
Parents live in Oak Leaf, an area of newer, mostly nicer homes in Orange Park (suburban area south of Jacksonville).

Parent's live in a nicer part of surrounding Jacksonville. Shooting took place in a heavily black and crime-ridden neighborhood.
While the suspect has not been identified, my spidey senses are telling me there might be a racial component here.

The suspected shooter sent a manifesto to law enforcement, media, and his parents, Waters said. It detailed that racial hatred, he said.
