NM dems got rid of qualified immunity a couple years back. Every cop in the state knows they can be held responsible for their actions.

Just watched his press conference. He did perfect!
He stated the chick’s order was unconstitutional.
He stated criminals do not follow such orders.
He stated this will only hurt law abiding citizens.
He stated this could place his officers at risk as they confront law abiding citizens to disarm.
He stated he has an oath to uphold and will.
“That’s fine, the Sheriff’s jurisdiction is in the County.”
The entire county and not excluding the city.
I didn't know about that. Awesome.QI needs to be eliminated nationwide.
