How is she going to keep 19 unrelated cases taped together through even pre-trial motions? Trump is going to move for federal court, and most of these defendants have a case for dismissal.
So whose rights is she planning on disregarding. The two who want a speedy trial or the 16 who need time to prepare?
Can’t have a soviet show trial unless you’re going to really put on a show. Maybe bring in some kangaroos in tutus and a marching bad to play “L’Internationale” .

It’s a package deal and the prosecution HAS to try them together or the whole case falls apart. Imagine trying to prosecute someone for simply making a speech or a phone call. The case is weak as it is and they must have them tried together to even begin to make their bogus case.
Nothing says “Show Trial” like a mass trial with a verdict before hand.
