...until the Defendants have presented to this Court their basis for severance...

It’s going to be a circus and it also looks like it will barely get out of the starting gate before it falls apart completely for the prosecution.

How is she going to keep 19 unrelated cases taped together through even pre-trial motions? Trump is going to move for federal court, and most of these defendants have a case for dismissal.

So whose rights is she planning on disregarding. The two who want a speedy trial or the 16 who need time to prepare?

Can’t have a soviet show trial unless you’re going to really put on a show. Maybe bring in some kangaroos in tutus and a marching bad to play “L’Internationale” .

““Realistically, holding three or more simultaneous high-profile trials would create a host of security issues and would create unavoidable burdens on witnesses and victims, who would be forced to testify three or more times on the same set of facts in the same case,” prosecutors wrote.”

Nah. That’s not it.

It’s a package deal and the prosecution HAS to try them together or the whole case falls apart. Imagine trying to prosecute someone for simply making a speech or a phone call. The case is weak as it is and they must have them tried together to even begin to make their bogus case.

Nothing says “Show Trial” like a mass trial with a verdict before hand.

I posted this question five days ago:

How does one single jury constitute as "peers" to 19 different individuals?

Somebody should challenge this on Constitutional grounds, demanding separate juries for each person because the charges are different, their actions were different, their jobs were different, their motives were different, etc.

One jury cannot reasonably be "peers" to 19 separate individuals.

What a massive cluster frak.

The DA said the trial will take four months and include dozens of witnesses, but all of the defendants should be ready to go to trial in a couple of months.

Willis is a pig>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I see her as a Kangaroo in a Kangaroo Court.

The judge should be terrified at this Gestapo Kangaroo and preparing to exit at to disenfranchise Georgians from votingthe first motion of dismissal by President Trump.

Willis has a nefarious goal to disenfranchize Georgia vters from the opportunity to vote for Donald Trump. Willis is therefore a treasonous individual, a perpetrator of a vast crime against America.
