The earliest known inhabitants of Britain who left sufficient DNA for analysis who were NOT Britons (Britons and other Celts came much later) were dark skinned. That probably origin in sunnier climes. They were not genetically Negroes.
The Dravidians in India are genetically Caucasian but are very dark skinned. It comes from living for many many generations in desert places with lots of sunshine.

It’s not just Britain. EVERY entertainment and education venue works very hard to make black the predominant ‘face’ of its offerings.

Look at any of the streaming services or movie posters - any popup picture of a movie and/or TV offering features someone black (or PoC) as if the show is all about them even IF there happens to be only one in the whole thing and that’s a bit part. IT’s their way of saying, “See? We have blacks in our shows....”

As for the “most of Britain was black” thing, that’s just an evolvement of trying to erase whites from their new culture. There may have been blacks then, but they were Moors (Muslims) and others who made their way there in smaller numbers. Certainly not in numbers enough to affect what’s being portrayed.
