The first bill she vetoed included collegiate sports which would have resulted in retaliation by the NCAA. The second bill she approved was for state wide schools only.
The only problem you have is not with Noem, it's with the NCAA who has failed to ban cross dressers from women's sports.
The fact she was afraid to stand up to the woke NCAA is part of why I don’t trust her.
