President Joe Biden is rumored to be planning a speech on themes related to “threats” to democracy, according to reports.
Multiple outlets detail the speech, which has yet to be officially confirmed, will take place in Arizona, quite possibly on September 28 — the day after the second Republican primary debate.
The New York Times cites an individual familiar with the planning, who revealed that the speech could be delivered at the McCain Institute.

OAN should run The Manchurian Candidate at the same time. We should all tune it. You don’t have to watch it if you’ve seen it enough times already and have other things to do. You just have to have it on to give them the ratings, mute it, and go back to reading your book or posting on FR or whatever.

He gave one last year, on September 1. The Nazi Rally speech that was too nazi-like for the networks which didn’t carry it, so the public didn’t get to see their president play the starring role as head nazi.
To him, Republicans are a threat to democracy.
To sane people, HE is the biggest threat: he has destroyed part of our republic, and is working on finishing off the rest.

Threats to his administration and the Beltway club are not threats to democracy. They are threats to corrupt state authoritarian bureaucrats. That is a good thing.

Its a planned speech, and it is being announced, so from that point of view - its important and it will be used to guide policy
Expect more of the same BS propaganda. Trump supporters, libertarians, conservative Christians - will all called terrorists and white supremacists.
At the same time, there will be some new zingers and “basket of deplorables” type slogans/slurs which will be used by the MSM
What will be key is to watch for announcements new powers/directives that will be given to DOJ/FBI

I’ve got a great topic: the threats to democracy presented by a corrupt politician who takes multiple millions in bribes in return for policy decisions, uses phony email accounts to hide his corrupt dealings from Congress, appoints slavish followers to key positions, and lies constantly about his background.
I agree, climate emergency and possibly lockdown will happen before the 2024 election. It could be part of a hot war with Russia where martial law is declared as well.
