President Joe Biden and his leaders at the Pentagon are doubling down on their support of Ukraine despite a failing military counteroffensive, amid a push to get Congress to approve $24 billion more for the war.

Biden argued in front of the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday that if Ukraine was not safe, no nation would be safe, and that investment in Ukraine’s future was an investment in the future of any country that seeks a rules-based world order.

Maybe tell Biden and his Pentagon bunch to come before Congress and ask for a formal declaration of war.

They don’t need weapons, they need Soldiers...

UKRAINE CAN WIN THIS WAR if we conscripted every blood relative of ALL Federal Employee’s between the age of 17-35 and sent them to the Front Lines to Fight for their Families wishes...in Ukraine.

CONGRESS should attach this as legislation to any WAR funds.

$24 billion for the next fiscal year woud be roughly on par with FY22 and FY23 - about $20 billion/year in Military aid. Some percentage of that has been old gear out of inventory, that was destined for the scrap heap, like M-113’s and cluster munitions, rather than new spending.

The total Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Budget request is $842 billion for the Department of Defense (DoD), an increase of $26 billion over FY23.

So Ukraine’s share would be under 3% of next year’s Defense Budget, even if you count the book value of the old gear.

You can’t compare Afghanistan and their fundamentalist 1500 old Islamic way of life with Christian Ukraine who are exactly like us!

Also, Ukraine is officially Americas ally since we signed the Budapest Memorandum in 1994 in order to protect their sovereignty against Russia. Even Russia signed it!
In return for the assurances of Americas protection of Ukraine, they had to pay a severe price though.
America demanded that they get rid of all their nuclear ballistic missiles. Which they did!

So Ukraine did a major move to please America’s demand, so the minimum of decency is that we respect OUR part of the deal as well. Right?

The Pentagon has no “ leaders”
Just check them for diversity of opinion.
Nothing. Thats following. Not leading.

And there Biden goes again, with the “ rules-based order”
What is this? Kindergarten?

What he means is….we the USA make the rules.
The rest of you planetary dwellers…follow our orders.

One thing is for sure...
If we had let Ukraine keep their nuclear weapons in 1994, there would be no war as we speak. Zero causalities, zero deaths.
Putin would NEVER have attacked a nuclear armed Ukraine.

So Ukraine's share would be under 3% of next year's Defense Budget, even if you count the book value of the old gear.

.003% would be more than $2,600,000 too much. The “Spring counter-offensive” accomplished none of its stated goals. The highlights were the Ukrainian's destroying their own dam and more recently the brits launching a bunch of their cruise missiles that managed to damage a 50-year-old jumbo landing craft and a tiny diesel sub that had no strategic value awhile they were sitting in dry dock... The only thing being accomplished is getting more good Ukrainian and Russian good men killed.

The whole fiasco is a joke and continuation of the Democrat and deep state money laundering machine that because of ZERO accountability and a plethora of accounting tricks will funnel a high proportion of those funds back to the US, along with paying for another mansion or two for Zelensky and his cronies.

No, genius! Ukraine has an abysmal record of extreme corruption. They would have sold them off to the highest bidders... most likely North Korea and Iran.
