Ships are now in operational distance aka strike distance. NORMANDY a Guided Missile Cruiser amongst the 6 plus an unknown number underneath. Sufficient power is there. Plus we have Navy, Army, Air Force, and Marine bases in the MED Sea operations area and have had since WW2.

It won’t take long for that to be reversed. In just a couple weeks as Israel ramps up their military response, and rains down hell on Gaza, the Palestinians will be crying to the western media and cranking out the anti-Israel propaganda. And it will work.
