A startling video showed a group of brazen car thieves rob a man on the side of a Los Angeles highway in broad daylight after intentionally running the victim off the road.
Four criminals wearing dark clothing and masks were captured racing out of a black Dodge Caravan toward a wrecked black Alfa Romeo sedan on the eastbound side of I-10 around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to KTLA.
“Hands up,” one of the highway robbers yells at the victim as the robbers rush toward him.
The unidentified victim put his hands over his head and got on his knees as the men began ransacking the disabled sedan, video recorded by a nearby driver showed.
“I got it,” one of the robbers appears to shout as he pulls something from the front seat.

I would hope that bystanders would call 911, and film the event (to later be used as evidence). And it would be nice if a hero or three stepped in to help. But this being California, I would not criticize those who did not.

Can’t replace honest people with gadgets. The network effects of crime are felt not only in quality of life, feeling like an animal because you local store is on lockdown which breeds more of the same behavior, but in costs absorbed not just from theft but for theft deterrents.
Democrat values have ruined society and our great cities but people keep voting for more of it because they have been indoctrinated into thinking the problem isn’t the problem. I hate to break it to anyone but Jim Crow racism and segregationist feelings are alive and well under new Democrat branding. It’s as shocking as it is shameful how regressive progressives really are.

Head line is misleading. From What I understood when this story came out a few days ago the bad guy intentionally caused the accident.
If a private citizen here in California actually tried to help this poor guy, he/she would be arrested and prosecuted. Criminals have every right to practice their chosen profession just like barbers do.

If a black man’s car broke down in a white neighborhood they’d probably help him. If a white man’s car breaks down in a black neighborhood there is about a 100% chance he’d be beaten, robbed and probably killed, since nobody sees nothin’.
