Law enforcement officials issued an Amber Alert Thursday morning for missing 2-year-old Rayilee Ariyah Rose Coleman. She’s a Black girl, approximately 3 feet tall with black hair and brown eyes, and a mole in her right armpit, according to the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office.
Earlier, police said she may have been taken by 37-year-old Dyatsy Oneal Coleman, the child’s father. The two could be headed toward the Grove, Faison or Clinton areas.
Rayilee was last seen in a yellow dress with butterflies and flowers on it, with blue tights. Dyatsy was wearing a long-sleeve black shirt and blue jeans, according to the release. Dyatsy drives a 2009 Nissan Murano with N.C. license tag number KHS6596.

The other day I got a “Police Activity in the area” emergency notice on my cell phone. The actual activity was two counties away, separated by a mile wide river.

I thought they call it an “Ebony Alert” in the new DEI world.
On a side issue, I think we need a class in naming people as part of civics and education. Either that, or people need to run spellcheck before they name their kids.

HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) - An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old in Harnett County, North Carolina.
According to officials, the child, Rayilee Ariyah Rose Coleman, is believed to be with her father, Dyatsy Oneal Coleman, who were last seen on 181 Cocateil Lane in Dunn, NC. The pair is believed to be heading to the Newton Grove, Faison and Clinton area.
Rayilee is described as two feet and 8 inches tall and weighs 30 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a yellow dress with butterflies and flowers, blue tights and black and white Hey Dude sneakers. She has a mole on her right arm pit.
Officials said 37-year-old Dyatsy is six foot one and weighs 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve thermal, blue jeans, black, white and red Fila sneakers, and a blue zip up coat. His left or right thumb has a scar due to surgery on an extra finger at birth.
The car that the pair is in is a 2009 champagne Nissan Murano with a license plate that reads: KHS6596. It has blacked out rims.

FWIW, about 15 years ago I had a relative who left her physically and sexually abusive husband. And it was just a “she said- he said situation” as there were many neutral 3rd party witnesses to the abuse, and he had been previously arrested and convicted of forcible rape of another woman but got out early on parole for “good behavior and time served”, served only about 5 months in jail.
Despite this, he was granted “supervised” visitation and one day didn’t return the 4-year-old to his mother after a supposedly “supervised” visitation.
He and the child were found days later, several states away at a motel. He had slit the child’s throat and then shot himself in the head and left a note saying the “bitch” had it coming.
Semi-literate mother probably couldn't spell "Dynasty". He was born about the peak of the show's popularity, it appears. Although he looks a lot older than 37.
Your timeline isn’t clear. If she knew about his past when she married him, she invited herself to that party. And this sentence doesn’t make any sense at all. “And it was just a “she said- he said situation” as there were many neutral 3rd party witnesses to the abuse”. Not sure what you were trying to say there. But it doesn’t appear that you got it said.
Abd like the vast majority of Amber Alerts, it’s a non-custodial parent, not a stranger, which is exceedingly rare.
Odd.? Three foot tall and a full set of teeth at two years.!
The problem is that all amber alerts are not created equal.
Most custody dispute Amber alerts are one parent (who will take good care of the kid) stealing the kid from another parent who will take good care of the kid.
Of course there are exceptions—but they are rare.
Where is this?
What metro area and state would be great information.
Few people are objective when selecting a bed partner. If they opened their eyes and vetted their children's potential parent, most of this could be avoided.
