I’ve made sweet potato casserole almost every year since I was about 21 and I have never once set it on fire or burned the marshmallows.

I’ve never prepared family Thanksgiving dinners nor Christmas. I’m a very simple cook and even that’s questionable. Forunatly the rest of the family members did the cooking!

BUT I did ‘once’ try to bake a turkey - nobody said to take out the bag of giblets! So of course the bag melted and ruined the turkey!

I hav a few things I can cook very well but fancy side dishes aren’t one of them.

That is a huge tank. An average house might have a 600 gallon tank.
Even the hardware store where I fill my tank for my grill only has a 1000 gallon tank.

This big of a tank is most likely used to heat the inground pool on the property. The Wookie probably wants that pool at 85 or more all the time.
Heating a large pool takes a lot of propane.
They probably also use it for heating and cooking.

Before and during law school, I worked as a chef in two restaurants which had gas stoves. After those experiences, I’d never go back to electric stoves.

Yes, the resistance type old electric stoves sucked.

I think you would find induction ranges even better than gas.

Faster control of heat up and down, won't leave your house in smithereens.
