Begs the Question:

HOW MUCH CORRUPTION IN THE JUDICIARY IS THERE IN THIS COUNTRY TO ALLOW OBVIOUS ILLEGALITIES TO PROSPER??

Treason never prospers.
The reason?
BECAUSE NONE DARE....CALL IT TREASON.

either signatures and ballots can be verified whenever we wish or there is no integrity to the process.

it’s that simple.

following his logic, there would never be a time to verify the integrity of the ballots.

This clown judge has a piece written by hillarys law firm: Rose law firm. They tout the righteousness of Hannah. All I need to know.

this from bing, hardly a conservative site:

Hillary Rodham Clinton worked on the third floor of Rose Law Firm. Her office was located in the Rose building, a converted YMCA with old hardwood floors and even a swimming pool1. The firm itself is situated less than a mile away from where she will be addressing Democrats at the Alltel Arena2. While the exact distance between her current location and the Rose Law Firm isn't specified, it's safe to say that she's not too far from her old stomping grounds.

Interestingly, during the Whitewater controversy, her billing records from the mid-1980s at the Rose Law Firm became a subject of intrigue. The controversy revolved around an investigation into real estate investments involving Bill and Hillary Clinton, as well as their associates, Jim and Susan McDougal, in the Whitewater Development Corporation. This venture aimed to develop vacation properties along the White River near Flippin, Arkansas3. The failed Whitewater deal led to scrutiny, but neither Bill nor Hillary Clinton were ever prosecuted, despite multiple inquiries3. It's a fascinating intersection of politics and private interests, with the Rose Law Firm playing a significant role in the unfolding drama.

This is 12 pages of BS which I don’t have time to read. What is your summary judgment?

Re: 66 - willful ignorance is not easily remedied.

My take? The records of signatures are subject to the Arizona public records law, but are specifically exempted from disclosure.

"would have a corrosive effect on public confidence in the electoral process."

That means he believes she would find what she's looking for.

I do not like this recent trend of courts not allowing Republicans to mount proper defenses, or in this case not allowing the plaintiff access to the evidence that proves her case.

Yup. We cheated. Shhhhh! Can’t corrode public confidence.

It’s like Three-card Monte. Keep the suckers coming back for more.

Appeal!

Yep

“An Arizona judge on Wednesday denied 2022 Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s request to review ballot envelope signatures, concluding it “would have a corrosive effect on public confidence in the electoral process.””

Translation: If the truth come out, people will know how crooked the system is and they would (rightly) revolt.

Seems the Az. political system is owned by the drug cartel. The cartels want to keep the Marxist Dems in power to keep their drug routes open.

Close, It is a Public Admission that the Judge knows the election w3as riddled with Fraud and Corruption, allowing the information to be made available would undermine further and ongoing ELECTION FRAUD.

Why would it have a CORROSIVE EFFECT on public confidence, judge? Oh, because they would KNOW that the election was a sham and that you goons in black robes covered it up and continued to block any light to be shed on the subject!

Not if their release is barred by statute, except the judge could release them if he believed their release would be be in the public interest. That seems to be a good avenue for an appeal.

Donate to Lake’s appeal effort. This kind of gross stupidity (or venal action) on the part of the judge should be appealed. This is weapon’s grade venality and stupidity.
