Confidence in our judiciary? Where? I can’t see it! Our Judges are the fruit of our universities and law schools.

At this point, the ballots have been separated from the envelopes for a long time. At best, you could identify signatures on the ballots that don’t match, and you would get a number of ballots that should not have been counted in the first place.

If that number is large enough, it could call the election into question, even though you would not know who they voted for.

The Judges in Arizona are controlled by the Mexican drug cartels. They will *NOT* let sunshine into the corrupt process.

But there's no violation of a voter's privacy involved. If the signature is bad, it didn't belong to a real voter. A real, registered voter's vote is not being revealed, and there's no one to harass.

You don't have to make the case to me, I'm all for it. The government argued otherwise, and the judge sided with the government. My argument is the government argued the way that it did because it never expects to be on the other side of this problem. If you never expect to be held to the rules that you're imposing on others, you'll never worry about how fair the rules are.

"would have a corrosive effect on public confidence in the electoral process."

Since when does a "judges" opinion, override the law or statutes. Oh, that's right, he is a lefty, so, he can do that.

There is a doctrine in law called Spoliation of Evidence. If a party hides, destroys or otherwise makes evidence unavailable, the trier of fact may presume that the evidence would not be favorable to the party hiding it. Unfortunately, that does not apply if the court approves hiding the evidence.

The judge is saying yes, there’s fraud, but we’ve got to keep it hidden.

The gist of it is that letting the loser of an election check to see the names of people who voted for the winner

But that is not the case. These are signatures on the envelopes. The ballots are not seen so you would not know who they voted for.

There’s a tree or a saguaro in Arizona that’s missing its punk judge.

Not letting Kari Lakes legal team “would have a corrosive effect on public confidence in the electoral process.” I don’t ,can’t and won’t trust another election again.

I wouldn’t be surprised that those voting machines had a plug-in module that could be programmed to alter the ballot counts. These modules could be programmed in advance to flip Republican entries to Democrat. All would be necessary would be to plug in those modules after they were programmed. Afterwards, the modules would be removed so no one would know they existed.

“is the judge saying preserving election integrity is more important than proving election fraud?”

No. He’s saying that perpetuating a lie, and protecting criminals, is more important than proving election fraud.

“Wait, if this proved things were correct, wouldn’t that prove the election was legit? The ruling suggests the judge knows it was stolen.“

Exactly. The Judge already knows it was stolen, just like 2020. They just don’t want confirmation because it might snowball into checking other things. ‘Election integrity’ means hiding the election cheating to give the public confidence.

MARCH 16, 2021, 12:58 PM CDT
An Arizona judge has ordered the Arizona Republican Party and its lawyers to pay more than $18,000 in attorney fees for filing a “groundless” lawsuit seeking a hand count audit of votes in the 2020 presidential election that differed from the method established by the secretary of state.

Judge John Hannah Jr. of Maricopa County, Arizona, said he had no power to order a new audit method. The court “is not a roving commission to declare the law and order people to follow it,” Hannah said.
