Rita Moreno says people who criticize President Biden’s octogenarian status “don’t understand anything about old age.”
The legendary “West Side Story” actor, who turned 92 last week, opened up to ITK when asked recently whether she considers Biden’s age an issue in the 2024 presidential race. Eighty-one-year-old Biden is the oldest president to be elected to the White House.
“I think people are mistaking something of President Biden,” Moreno said.
“I think that because he walks like an elderly person — which he does — they don’t think this is working,” Moreno said, pointing to her head.
“They don’t understand anything about old age,” the EGOT winner exclaimed.

She’s wrong. Some folks are sharp at her age. Joe isn’t at 80. He’s cognitively gone.

As an old man and a Biden critic, I understand old age very well thank you. Biden is senile with moments of Dementia, the same holds true for Mitch McConnell as well.

My great aunt died at the age of 95 and she 1) NEVER walked like that 2) was sharp as a tack to the end 3) was a Conservative and extremely intelligent.

Rita Moreno is 92 and pretty close to a national institution and seems lucid and competent, so I will not slam her. But Joe Biden’s 80 is a very old 80 ... and he’s getting worse every day.
Indeed. My grandparents were like that too. They were democrats, but the old-fashioned kind, and more conservative than most RINOS.
I don’t care how old he is. He is a corrupt commie and was morally unfit to serve the day he was sworn in.
Age comes upon everyone in different ways and some younger people get Alzheimers or dementia in their 50s.
The ONLY constants, in Joe Biden’s life, are lies, corruption, stupidity, and perversion, which aging hasn’t changed.
She was pretty hot back in the day. Still looks good for 92.

Some of the old fashioned Dems/Dem voters weren’t “evil”; some were. The same is true re the GOP.
OTOH...she has ALWAYS been VERY stupid re her “love life” and her “beaten wife” ( though she was never married to him ) syndrome vis-a-vis Marlon Brando.

Here’s a little family story:
During the twenties a fellow democrat who was very rich and prominent tried to convince my granfather to go into politics. This wealthy person promised to back him all the way and finance his campaign if he would run for Congress on the democrat ticket.
Grandpa went home to Grandma and shared the “good news”.
Grandma said, “If you do that, it will corrupt you and ruin our lives. If you do it, you can kiss me and the children GOODBYE.
Naturally, Grandpa told his friend that he wasn’t interested.
The friend was Joseph P. Kennedy.
Grandma was RIGHT.
