The "officers" involved in this "raid" should all be prosecuted for Breaking and Entering, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Attempted Murder, and any related charges that seem even remotely relevant. Their superiors, including the judge who signed the warrant, should be prosecuted for conspiracy to commit all the above.

The Counties and Cities don’t care how much they have to pay out. It is tax money. They just raise taxes. The awards should come out of the Defendant’s budgets.
No..it comes out of the liability insurances the Counties and communities have. The money for those insurances come out of the tax funds.
Been quite a few communities have had their insurances canceled as a result. And the result is those police departments have been shut down.
Civil rights law suits against police departments are fast becoming the number one in successful suits filed in this country.
And these friggan cops dont give a hoot about that either.
The police wonder why people hate them.
The big government boot lickers on here will say the police did nothing wrong.
FR isn’t ready for that.

I seriously don’t know if there IS any good cops anymore. The hiring standards have dropped so low many police departments are now hiring gang members to the force.
