So an illegal immigrant can go to the local gun shop, pick out a gun, fill out a Form 4473 and be approved? How’s that possible? They’re illegal. They don’t have an SSN or even a state ID. Is NICS just approving anyone who tries to buy who doesn’t come up in their systems? This country is screwed.
Bad news, IMO. While I agree self defense is a God given right, however, this is easily a dark path towards ascribing Constitutional rights to illegal immigrants, you know, such as voting, because they suddenly should have the right to be represented. This is the plan.
Which translates to the likes of Hamas having Constitutionally armed access to US soil.

I feel like the court reached the right decision. Until the rich men north of Richmond make illegal boarder crossing a felony and start prosecuting the invaders, rights should not be taken away. God granted the scofflaws the rights, not government.
This also puts a big dent in the case for universal background checks, red flag laws, and ghost gun bans.

There is so much crime that is descending upon America as a result of allowing these millions of undocumented, unwashed people from South America and the world to move about unfettered. There’s no other course of action but to round them up and deport them. The recovery from the Obama-Biden era dictates that remedy.

The constitution does not grant rights or expand natural rights. It doesn’t guarantee to protect all my rights. It does have explicit guarantees that prevent government from taking several listed ones away. Non citizens are not protected by the US constitution. ANd since judges go to law school the don’t understand the law.
OK, I can see how if a person is legally in the US, therefore, they are not criminally in possession, would be OK. But anyone here illegal, would be in criminal possession, not OK. I think our problem is that we don’t recognize the criminal nature of people illegally in the US. That should filter or limit whatever constitutional rights they have, including speech, search and seizure, etc.
Illegal Aliens have exactly one right before the law:
DEPORTATION!
