People close to former President Trump made preliminary overtures to Robert F. Kennedy about the possibility of serving as his running mate, The Post has learned.
“Trump operatives expressed an interest in Kennedy early on, but it was all premature,” said one person familiar with the matter, adding that it was “right out of the box when Bobby announced” in April 2023 he was running for president.
“Anything’s possible. I wouldn’t write it off by any means,” the insider continued.

Smart for election. You’ve got the one name that MIGHT divide Dems when Michelle runs. And that’s why I doubt RFK would do it. But with Trump’s age, I’m very queasy with a pseudo liberal/conservative as VP.

Trump had leftist tendencies when he started but the constant attacks have pushed him into reality, it might be the same for kennedy. I just think there are other candidates that would be more reliable.

Thinking logically, assuming this actually happened, the two “juniors” (no pejorative intended), they would most likely win in a landslide.
But the logical extension, in four years we would be handing the POTUS to a liberal progressive. Maybe not as extreme as the commmies running the show now, but definitely a liberal.

RFK is more reasonable than most Dems since I think he actually believes what he says unlike most liberals in politics or tv but I wouldn’t want him as a VP
But he could be good in a cabinet position.
VP RFKjr's comrades would sabotage TrumpII seven ways to Sunday for that alone. Or if you put VP RFKjr in charge of the Church Commission II, probably buy a Deep State jackpot for both of them.
Now otoh, TrumpII could make RFKjr the vaxx czar. That would drive Big Pharma out of their tiny little minds.
RFK is lefty on many issues—cannot deny that.
That said he is amazing life insurance, about as good as it gets.
Picking a somewhat obscure conservative as VP is not good life insurance—the Deep State will go hard at compromising them one way or the other.
