The DC appeals court injustices who ruled on this were all democrat appointed. This is an overstepping of the court, a clear case of abuse of judicial power, and will be reversed by SCOTUS.

Karen L. Henderson was Republican appointed (GHW Bush, and Reagan before that), but she is like 79 years old now. The other two seem to have been cultivated for high office by the Obama/Biden wing of the Democrat Party.

And that will end the Office of President. No President can do anything, make any decision without fear of being charged with some crime against someone or something once they leave the Presidency.

SCOTUS is going to say Trump can be tried. They had already said presidents were not immune to civil suits while they were in office with Paula Jones.
This case will be a definite lose for Trump. They also denied his executive privileges claims on checks and balances grounds so it’s not looking good for him.
I disagree. Neither the President nor the Nation can function for long if EVERY move the President makes is subject to review and or lawsuits by bias DA’s across the country.
The issue will be on “limited”. Meaning, they will likely say he has “limited” liability. Then, the lawyers will fight over WHAT does “limited” mean in this instance.
This is about Trump, the most-serious threat our ruling class has ever faced. Rules, laws, decorum, justice, etc no longer matter.

Bill Clinton doesn’t have Presidential immunity.
George Bush doesn’t have Presidential immunity.
Joe Biden doesn’t have Presidential immunity.
