Nathan Wade appeared to make at least 35 visits to the Hapeville neighborhood where Fani Willis was living before the district attorney hired him to lead Fulton County’s election interference prosecution, according to cellphone data included in a court submission filed Friday.
The filing, by attorneys for Donald Trump, raises fresh questions about the relationship between the two prosecutors, which the former president and other defendants argue has tainted the case against them and should result in Willis and her office being disqualified.
Late Friday, Willis disputed the defendants’ evidence in a court filing seeking to have it excluded. She said the exhibit was filed in violation of court rules. And she said the court records “do not prove anything relevant.”
“The records do nothing more than demonstrate that Special Prosecutor Wade’s telephone was located somewhere within a densely populated multiple-mile radius where various residences, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and other businesses are located,” Willis’ motion said.
Trump’s lawyers relied on data collected from Wade’s cellphone and cellphone tower transmissions which they said tracked his movements. However, at least one expert interviewed by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution questioned the accuracy of the cellphone data findings. Others said the technology was generally accepted in court proceedings around the nation and considered reliable.
If they are correct, they could contradict Wade’s testimony last week in which he said he had visited Willis at her condo in Hapeville no more than 10 times before he was hired in November 2021. It also indicates Wade twice arrived in the area late at night and left early the next morning in the months before Willis and Wade said their relationship became romantic early in 2022.

To be precise....both she and Wade are now caught in a lie, while under oath. Judge is probably sitting there in a sweat. These two, in some heated passion and all anti-Trumped-up, have made the case impossible to carry on. The state bar, under most circumstances would be asking for some information and suspending the license of the two....but this is Georgia, and the bar appears compromised.
My guess is that Wade is pushed out of the case, and some new lawyer is assigned to carry on, and just pretend that Fani doesn’t exist.
(Oh, and that campaign contribution of the judge to Fani? You shouldn’t get bothered by that. )

LMAO yourself, have you not heard of the “ED exemption” to the “booty call” rule? With the “ED exemption” a guy can visit a girl as late at night as he inclined to do, and it falls within the “penumbra” of the “southern gentleman” behavior. And if this is not clear to you then it may be because it’s a black thing... /s/s/s

from atlanta to hapeville is about 7 miles.
whatever. the questions become, it seems to me at least—
what is the radius of the error of the cell phone tower triangulation, either 150-300m (populated areas) or 2-5km (sparsely populated areas)— in which category does hapeville fall?
also, can gps info be used to improve the accuracy of the cell phone tower triangulations?
and if the reasons) for the visits are not booty call related, then what is/are the reason(s) for the visits?
it seems to me that these would make excellent questions on the stand for mr. booty-call, i mean, mr. wade.
