House lawmakers announced that they would hold a public hearing in the “next phase” of their impeachment inquiry into President Biden after his son Hunter Biden provided testimony on Wednesday.
“I think that the public hearing hopefully will clear up some discrepancies between some of the statements that were made between some of the associates and what we heard today,” said House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer, the Kentucky Republican leading the impeachment inquiry.
Mr. Comer said the president’s son provided contradictory statements.
“So, this impeachment inquiry will now go to the next phase, which will be a public hearing,” he said.
Hunter Biden accused the Republicans leading the inquiry of taking emails they obtained from him and his associates out of context and cherry-picking other information to create a false narrative that Mr. Biden engaged in influence peddling.
Hunter Biden, 54, testified for seven hours on Capitol Hill. He told lawmakers that they distorted facts, relied on lying witnesses and engaged in sensationalism to falsely accuse his father of illegally participating in his foreign business deals.
The president’s son appeared under subpoena at the closed-door deposition. Lawmakers said he provided answers that conflicted with the testimony of other witnesses about the extent of his father’s involvement in deals that netted the family and associates more than $20 million.
He did not speak to reporters after the deposition, but his opening statement was leaked.
“For more than a year, your committees have hunted me in your partisan political pursuit of my dad. You have trafficked in innuendo, distortion, and sensationalism — all the while ignoring the clear and convincing evidence staring you in the face. You do not have evidence to support the baseless and MAGA-motivated conspiracies about my father because there isn’t any,” Hunter Biden said in...

Just as illegal immigration crisis is boiling over on national TV, let’s have them broadcast Hunter Biden instead as we fall on our face. People are sick of seeing this drug addict. They know the entire family is corrupt. I don’t recall primary voters ranking this in their Top 5 concerns.

Did I not read Jill Biden telling Hunter that in regard to this mom of an abused child, Jill was going to take Hunters version and “shove it down her Fing throat”?

A vital witness regarding the Biden clan’s ties to CEFC, the CCP-connected energy company, is missing.
Last February, Dr. Gal Luft, a retired Israel Defense Forces lieutenant colonel with deep intelligence ties in Washington and Beijing, was arrested as an alleged gun runner. At the time, he claimed the arrest was to stop him from revealing what he knows about the Biden crime family and FBI corruption. Now, Dr. Luft has disappeared entirely.
In the early 2000s, Luft formed a think tank called the Institute for Analysis of Global Security (IAGS) that focused on energy innovations and policy. Accordingly, from 2015 to 2018, Luft organized international energy conferences. He did this in partnership, with the China Energy Fund Committee (CEFC-USA), the non-profit arm of CEFC, China’s huge energy conglomerate that was headed by one Ye Jianming. Ye reportedly has ties to Chinese military intelligence. CEFC-USA, in turn, was headed by Patrick Ho.
In September 2020, the story broke about Hunter Biden’s laptop, which first revealed that the CEFC began to court the Bidens in 2015:
According to documents in the laptop, the Biden family began their ties with CEFC in 2015. In May 2017 … the Bidens formed Sinohawk Holdings to carry out their partnership with CEFC. CEFC agreed to pay Sinohawk $5 million and transfer another $5 million to the Biden family as a gift. (Emphasis added.)
As the New York Post summarized, Hunter met with Ye, over a private dinner in early February 2017, at which the CEFC chairman made him a generous offer of $10 million a year, for a minimum of three years. The funds, suspiciously, were earmarked for “introductions alone.”

A Senate report from September 2020 titled “Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and Related Concerns” reports over $5 million was sent to two Hunter Biden-related firms by the Chinese firm CEFC in early August 2017, which turns out to be just days after Hunter Biden sent a threatening WhatsApp text message on July 30, 2017 to Chinese business associate Henry Zhao that claimed Hunter’s father Joe Biden was “sitting here” with him.
The WhatsApp message was revealed as part of a package of IRS whistleblower statements and evidence released by the House Ways and Means Committee.
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
On August 8, 2017, Northern International Capital, a Chinese firm affiliated with CEFC, transferred $5 million to Hudson West III. This venture was co-established by Hunter Biden and Gongwen Dong, an associate of CEFC. On the same day, Hudson West III transferred $400,000 to Owasco, P.C., an entity owned by Hunter. Within a span of a few weeks, a series of transfers took place, culminating in Sara Biden, sister-in-law to the President, writing a $40,000 check to Joe Biden, labeled as a “loan repayment.”

SARs are vital documents that financial institutions must file with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) when they suspect any cases of money laundering or fraudulent activities.
Rep. James Comer says six banks, including JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, submitted over 170 suspicious activity reports to the Treasury Department regarding the Biden family, alleging their involvement in money laundering, human trafficking, and tax fraud.
The American banks also raised concerns about wire transfers received by the Bidens from foreign state-owned entities, notably from the Chinese government, allegedly for the purpose of money laundering and tax evasion.
The foreign wires were found to be directed towards Biden’s business associates before being funneled through 20 shell companies associated with the Bidens. Subsequently, the funds were distributed among various Biden family members.

American banks have submitted hundreds of suspicious activity reports on the Biden family, alleging their involvement in human trafficking, money laundering, and tax fraud.
Congressional investigators have obtained bank account records and wire transfer statements on twenty shell companies owned by the Bidens, which were allegedly used for laundering illegally obtained money from China, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, and Kazakhstan as unregistered foreign agents.
This evidence is supported by hundreds of thousands of emails, tens of thousands of text messages, photographs, audio recordings, calendar statements, and ten years of data from Hunter Biden’s laptop, which the FBI took into its possession in 2019.
@MarcoPolo501c3 published a comprehensive “Report on the Biden Laptop,” documenting 459 alleged crimes involving the Biden family and their associates, including 140 business crimes, 191 sex crimes, and 128 drug crimes. A $1,000 reward is offered for any verifiable corrections, but thus far, no crimes have been disputed.
