The transcript of Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Bob Hur showed the president frequently wandered off topic, even making “car noises.”
The transcript, obtained by Breitbart News in advance of Hur’s testimony to the House Judiciary Committee, showed a prosecutor had asked Biden about his beloved Corvette, trying to pinpoint the timeline of when classified documents were moved to make room for the car in his home garage.
Attorney Marc Krickbuam asked Biden: “Do you remember whether it was when the Corvette was coming back after the Jay Leno show? So, in other words, it goes out for Jay Leno, eventually it comes back.” Biden responded, “Oh no, it was, it was in and out for a bunch of reasons,” before starting to chatter away.

There are two reasons they didn’t dose him up on adderal for his depositions/interviews.
1) They have to try to keep him off the stuff as often as possible so that he doesn’t build up a tolerance/dependency for it and thus become even more incoherent when he is off of it (hence why he very rarely does interviews and events).
2) They probably calculated that having cognitive deficiency for these interviews might be advantageous. He wouldn’t have to feign being forgetful. It would be a genuine response.
This bears repeating:
Hur had a slam dunk case. Biden’s state of confused mind and how he would be perceived by a sympathetic jury on the stand were irrelevant. He should have been prosecuted. The only elements of the crime are knowledge he had classified documents and willfully removing them from the SCIF and not returning them. Hur had Biden’s admissions to these elements during the interview. These admissions were admissible to establish the elements of the case at trial even if Biden was no longer lucid when tried. If this were a Democrat special prosecutor and the subject of the investigation was Trump, there is no way he would not have been prosecuted. Had Hur prosecuted Biden, it would have politically offset the Trump Florida documents lawfare case.
Joe Stupid perfectly represents today’s democrat party.
A lot of that dementia stuff is fake, he’s just trying to avoid consequences; not to say that he’s not a total buffoon, low-life, grifter, etc., he is

Jao Beidan will take a page out of Katie Hobbs’ playbook, and for the same reasons. She couldn’t debate Kari Lake and she damn well knew it. She was also confident that her voter fraud machine was well oiled, and professionally run.
But Beidan will still lose, because Trump’s lead will be well beyond the margin of fraud.

You are exactly correct. Take out that one paragraph where he says Biden seemed to incompetent to stand trial, and you have 200 pages of criminal Acts that should be prosecuted

as Hur purported to be.....believing Biden’s demented act.
Hur had to have a hidden agenda....probably flaunting his Asian do-nothingness,
sparring Biden to get a high-paid no-show job on the Biden diversity merry-go-round.
(I think that is that's the real reason for not recommending prosecution.)

In that episode, Leno interviewed politicians and their rides. Biden was showing off his Corvette when Colin Powell roared in to the shot in his Corvette.
As for republicans, George Bush showed off his F-250 at his ranch.
