Joe Biden’s statements are explained by the fact that he speaks a different dialect than we do. It is called “lies”. It in not necessarily a regional dialect, but rather one specifically used to “communicate” between his political party and the population at large. He cannot tell the truth, it should be obvious to anyone by this time.
I did take a second look to see if this story came from the Babylon Bee, but no. Joe Biden’s enfeebled brain will only allow him to fabricate falsehoods, or confuse facts with fantasy. Joe Biden’s rule should come to an end, as his grasp on reality is totally lost.

I don’t think he is lying, lying denotes purpose. This stuff just comes out of his mouth. He doesn’t know where it comes from and he doesn’t plan it.
