Biden’s always been a liar. The Amtrak route goes right through Baltimore City it does not cross the Baltimore Harbor. Thanks to the internet Biden’s lies go on the permanent record and in his current mental state he can’t even make his lies plausible anymore.
Biden twenty years ago would have talked about driving over the Key Bridge instead of taking the train across it.
