Cuba's got plenty of room but they've probably suffered enough. I'd be happy to fund a one-way ticket there and arrange renunciation of U.S. citizenship, which, by the way, isn't cheap. From the U.S. Embassy website it takes:

Completed DS-4083 Certificate of Loss of Nationality of the United States. Be prepared to pay the associated consular fee of $2,350 USD to renounce U.S. citizenship.

It'd hurt, but it'd be worth it.
