The man who allegedly shot and killed one person and wounded five others on Easter in Tennessee should have never been released, according to the Rutherford County district attorney.
WSMV 4 noted that 33-year-old Allen Beachem was shot and killed at a restaurant on Easter morning after 46-year-old Anton Rucker allegedly became frustrated over personal space issues and opened fire.
Beachem’s wife and cousins were among the five people injured but not killed.
The Tennessee Star reported that Rucker was arrested Tuesday in Kentucky. He is a convicted felon who was out on a $50,000 bond.

Allow me to enunciate the problem - the hyper-violence of certain populations. “being disrespected” is an excuse for going nuclear. Disagreements escalate from verbal to physical in a flash. It seems to be a very different tendency toward violence than is exhibited by other groups.
Not only was the killer a convicted felon, but evidently committed additional crimes or he wouldn’t have been a candidate for bond. The DA was opposed to him being released.
Breitbart identify the judge who made the additional killings and wounding possible. He ought to be infamous. His prior releases should be scrutinized for crimes committed during release. Judical idiots will keep releasing criminals to prey on us until we say NO.

He was given a typical manslaughter bail when he killed 1 and shot 5 more.
Typical murder charge is 10x that. So I can’t imagine why…🤦♂️.
My fathers side came out of eastern Ky but they would not have disagreed with that statement as they liked to talk about how all the smart people (mostly) left the hills and hollers. Many that stayed behind are on food stamps or sell drugs.
