But is this what we really want and need for 3rd graders?
“...liable for not teaching students about sexual boundaries, not enforcing rules around sexual behavior on school property, and not communicating with other adult caregivers in regard to the plaintiff’s history and safety concerns...”
Taught in NJ for 32 years. If I failed to report a suspected abuse case I would be held criminally liable. Reported three cases in my career.
NBA teams, among others, are now advocating for 20-year-olds to be shielded from adult prosecution—as a counter to racism.
The next crusade for the left.
I say, let the punishment fit the crime and these “children” have earned some seriously old fashioned, if not medieval, justice.
Pulp Fiction’s pair of pliers and a blowtorch come to mind as a good start.
There is a chart that hangs on the wall of many kindergarten class rooms. It lists all the ways people "show affection".
Anal penetration is on the list.
Watch some of "Libs of TicTok" if you think I am overstating the case. Just "educators" talking publicly about how they are talking and showing to small children all sorts of perverts stuff. It is worse then you can imagine.
The schools approve of this and the kids ain't all right.
Yep, that sounds like illegal aliens.
“Even with an object, it’s still rape.”
I agree, generally.
What matters here is what the law says. And that varies by state. This is Oregon which defines “rape” to include “sexual intercourse” (in first-, second-, and third-degree cases, which is every kind). It appears Orgon defines what happened as “Unlawful sexual penetration”.
Because the perpetrators were minors (and assuming they were within 3 years of the age of the victim), the assault and/or rape charges would not be considered statutory. But under the circumstances I think the prosecution and/or plaintiff would have very little difficulty proving what happened was non-consensual.
See my previous post on the legal definition of rape in Orgeon.
But I get what you are saying.
Another reason to home school……….a better reason is to keep your kid in the public school taxpayers fund and to bring fire into the school district. Why should good people give in to these monsters? My good friends granddaughter, a seven month pregnant high school teacher was beaten in her classroom, thrown over a desk. She had a concussion and was hospitalized for three days…….the baby was fine until she developed seizures. She has outgrown the seizures and doctors will not say it was from the beating. The school district DID NOTHING, said it was up to her if she wanted to press charges but was discouraged. The thug was black.
What was that supposed to say?
People are losing faith in the public school system.
“I hope they find another school for her. If they don’t, they are horrible and unfit to be parents.”
Why don’t posters read the articles?
