The lawyers who do speak in front of SCOTUS work for their client. The client needs to be there.

No. They don’t.

It is in the interest of the client to be there when their lawyer represents them. If you can't see why, I can't help you further.

Fourth-this is not about who banged who or when, since no one was a witness, and both supposed participants were adults.

I can see his interest in being there, it’s just not legally necessary.

Technically yes.

He’s not on trial for having an affair or multiple affairs.

Still, not required to attend the arguments in front of the Supreme Court for blanket presidential immunity.

Okay then. I worded the point better.

It's the petitioner's right.

He has the right to petition, he does not have the right or obligation to attend.

The petitioner is represented by council. Trump would say or do nothing but watch.

He is however obligated to be in court for his felony trial.

“Third, if Barron means so much to him, maybe don’t boink a porn actress when your wife just gave birth to the kid.”

Be a good little worm and go crawl back under the manure pile you crawled out from.

I was not referring to the SC argument or lack of it. I’m not a lawyer and I don’t play one on TV-are you? I do know that non-disclosure agreements are legal and binding, and are not just for sexcapades-they also can also involve boring stuff like industrial spying, computer programming and even recipes at a restaurant...

Do defendants normally attend SCOTUS hearings?

I’ve got a friend who’s litigated twice in front of them over probate and bankruptcy issues

“BREAKING: Donald Trump speaks out after Judge Merchan informed him that he could not attend his son Barron’s high school graduation or he will be jailed.”

Unwad your panties.

They are used for many things.

He isn’t being charged for paying for an nda.

Yes. She has addressed that. It was because of the nda she signed and was compensated for.

Did you not see her comments or what she wrote since then?

Wait a few weeks until the testimony.

You dickhead, he didn’t. Trump is famous as a germaphobe. No way he touched Stormy the human petri dish.

The judge hasn’t decided but you have. You are sure this happened and it really not decided yet. So you just are biased.

Awww. Cute.

You must not be in the NYC area. He’s cheated on every wife. Even grabbed women by the p***sy and moved on them like a bitch. Goes back decades.

But yeah, he’s pristine.

He has the right to petition, he does not have the right or obligation to attend.

When one's liberty is at stake they certainly have the right to attend.

Right to attend in a legal sense? Not aware of any right that’s being legally violated here.
