Left-wing activists in Montana have officially launched their signature collection effort to enshrine abortion into the state constitution.
“On Tuesday, Montanans Securing Reproductive Rights announced that it has officially launched its signature drive to get the required 60,000 signatures from Montanans by June 21 to qualify the measure on the ballot,” The Hill reported.
The constitutional initiative, called CI-128, would “expressly provide a right to make and carry out decisions about one’s own pregnancy, including the right to abortion. It would prohibit the government from denying or burdening the right to abortion before fetal viability.”

They're smart and they play to win. This will be on the ballot in all 50 states.
1. Find out where they “left wing activists” are from.
2. If they are from out of state, give them 3-days to pack and go back to where they came from.
3. If they are a college kid let them finish school and then leave the day after they graduate.
4. If they were born there, take away their ability to vote and double their taxes.
“Diabolically Brilliant” is my preferred term for the death cultists that are a far greater threat and danger to women than even the gender-confused “women” of the view. just my 2.

It is a state issue, not a federal one. Women are heavily in favor of pro-choice. The Dems are playing the smart game.

All they have to do is convincingly sell the case that the GOP secretly wants to restrict abortion “if they take the Senate” and that will be that.

“Oddly”, nobody on the Right is fighting USING the Constitution, specifically the 14th A.:
“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; *nor shall any State deprive any person of life*, liberty, or property, *without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws*.”
Course, the (R)N(C) doesn’t give 2 sh!ts re: Constitution, let alone Rights (REF: 4th A. recent death via FISA)
