...At 9:00 AM, this coming Friday, Oct. 19th, in U.S. District Court Dept 8, at 321 S. Spring St., Los Angeles, California...
...Federal Court Judge Manuel Real will decide whether or not now ChinaGate Fall Guy JOHNNY CHUNG will have his Probation taken away from him and be put into a half-way house or home detention = No Livelihood for the CHUNG Family for 6 months.
...This for the "crime" of keeping track of his own community service hours for CAL-TRANS ...to keep things straight as the State of California's CAL-TRANS sets him up for a Fall = Failure, not Success, in finishing his 3,000 hrs of Community Service ChinaGate Sentence, of which over 2,000 hrs were completed ...in only 2 years. Mr. CHUNG is guilty only of being conscientious ...which is NOT a crime.
...Seems JOHNNY's probation officers haven't given him any new work assignments for the last 8 months as they now say that he hasn't done any hours to finish his community service ...so he should be put away...!
JOHNNY CHUNG is the ONLY ChinaGate figure to come clean and to right his ChinaGate wrongs publically before the American People while those that haven't have been treated with kid gloves by our Judicial System.
ChinaGate's JOHN HUANG was sentenced to just 300 hours community service..In America.. and his Boss JAMES RIADY just 400 hours of community service ..In Indonesia.. while JOHNNY was sentenced by Federal Judge Real to 3,000 hrs over 2 years ago ..7.5 Times the Maximum Amount for Federal Probation Guidelines.
...We need all the Freepers -&- Prayer Warriors with us we can get to be in court next Friday ...along with his Church Members and the YMCA he did Community Service for who will be there on his behalf ...to show Judge Real the very real Community Support JOHNNY CHUNG has for his demonstrated Courage.
...As always, anyone who shows up in Federal Court should be in business attire and respectful of the court.

I do believe, however, that the correct address for the courthouse is 312 South Spring Street. Let it be known that Judge Manuel Real is a loose cannon, put on the bench back in the time of Lyndon B. Johnson.
My prayer for Johnny is: "Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you for the atoning work of Your son Jesus Christ who died on the cross and shed his blood so that our sins would be forgiven. Because of this, we know that we can come directly into your throne room Father and petition You directly as we lift up our brother in Christ, Johnny Chung. It is our fervent prayer, Father, that Johnny and his family receive all the care and protection you can give them. We ask too that the intentions of the evildoers (Probation Dept.) be brought to nothing. Bind them, their words and intentions for we know that they come from the father of lies. We ask that their lies trip their tongues so that they cannot speak intelligibly. We pray that Sterling "Ernie" Norris of Judicial Watch (another brother in Christ) be allowed to speak on behalf of Johnny Chung and not Brian Sun. We ask that Johnny be given a strong voice in English to make his voice heard effectively. Open the ears of Judge Manuel Real's heart and remove the scales from his eyes so that he might hear and see the truth and judge as You would judge, Father. Please give safety and support to all others who labor tirelessly on Johnny's behalf for righteousness. We ask all these things in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Amen."
