Hero Fireman Slams Phony Hillary

Hero New York City firefighter Mike Moran, who thrilled a Madison Square Garden concert audience Saturday night when he taunted Osama bin Laden with the words, "Kiss my royal Irish ass!" slammed New York Senator Hillary Clinton on Wednesday, saying she's a transparent phony.

"I think when times are good and things are going well, people will sit there and listen to the kind of claptrap that comes out of her mouth," Moran said, in an interview with number one radio talker Rush Limbaugh.

Limbaugh had asked Moran why he thought the Garden audience booed Mrs. Clinton off the stage when she tried to introduce a video clip by comic Jerry Seinfeld. The hero fireman didn't hesitate to offer an explanation.

"When things are going like this, when it's serious times and serious men who actually suffered losses and she wants to get up and spew her nonsense -- she doesn't believe a thing she says. She says whatever she thinks will fit the moment."

Moran told Limbaugh that Mrs. Clinton's phoniness is transparent. "I think it comes through. And in serious times, people don't want to stand for it."

Moran said he wasn't a hero. But instead praised the men of Ladder Company Number 3 in Manhattan, 12 of whom, including Moran's brother, perished while trying to rescue burn victims from the fortieth floor of World Trade Center Tower One.

"The captain, Paddy Brown, gave a report from the North Tower that they had 30 to 40 severely burned people that they were trying to get down the stairs," Moran told Limbaugh.

"A few minutes later, he gave the most urgent kind of message a fireman could give -- a mayday that the building was coming down around him."

Moran said the building didn't fully collapse for another ten minutes, more than enough time for his colleagues to escape certain death.

But, said the fireman, "they wouldn't leave those people."

"I can't allow myself to be compared to those true heroes," the he told Limbaugh.

Whatever happened to Rudy's health problems? Did they go away, with the Dixie Mafia threat, when he bowed out of the race?

If they "went away" (the jury is still out on that), they went away after radioactive seeds were implanted in his prostate.

He really did have cancer, guys.

"Seriously, I thought conservatives stood for class etc. I think that it would have been far better for these firemen and policemen to express their disapproval by simply doing nothing, no clapping, no booing, nothing when she appeared. That too would have spoke volumes about their feelings, but in a more dignified way."

That may be a well-meaning sentiment..........but hopelessly naive and short-sighted.

Conservatives, by nature............and multiply this by a factor of 100 for FReepers.............are a passionate lot. We're passionate about many causes: the 2nd Amendment, pro-life issues, property rights, sovereignty, etc., etc., etc. Proof? Check out the number of constitutionalist / conservative organizations throughout the country. Example: In New York (yes, traditionally-considered-liberal New York), how many pro-gun organizations would you imagine there are? Ten? Fifteen??

Try.............2000+.

The real point here is that we believe what we belive, we're vocal about it (ever read threads here on "FReeps" of the White House, Gore's house, anti-hanging-chad-FReeps around the US, etc., etc., ad infinitum???), and we don't apologize for it. We've had it up to "here" with liberal mush-mindedness and mealy-mouthed platitudes. Worse, with the likes of the Clintons, we're fed UP with liars, traitors, crooks, rapists, accessories to murder, etc., and we'll by GOD tell 'em.......and as loudly as humanly possible.

If you don't like it, then write Hillary a polite little note apologizing for those boorish firefighters and cops. Of course, you'll become FR's own "Cynthia McKinney", but hey.........what the hell...........you'll feel better.

Rude or not, it happened. We are not dealing with an Emily Post moment here. These were raw emotions after several weeks of pure hell for the city and the firefighters and police and citizens of New York City. I am not sure that even the most polite and civilized consertative might not have done the same thing under the circumstance!

Rude? It still wasn't registering to the likes of that politician. And Emily Post is not what is needed to get a message across to an insensitive, self-adoring being.

The best thing that could happen for the state of New York and the future of the United States is for Sen. Clinton to get recalled. Amazing that she was even elected.

Many times I see on this very forum that we always are too nice, and we have to get down in the mud on their level to fight the democrats. A case in point, the "hired thugs" of Florida.
I applaud the actions of the brave men and women of NY who showed Hillary finally, that she is not the Queen of the United States she has imagined. Better still, while they were at it showed the rest of the nation watching by television the same thing!

not doing anything is exactly what Richard Gere suggested, and you should have heard the boos he got for that.

I have to disagree, respectfully of course, about Hillary not grabbing the spotlight. Perhaps you just missed her on every show jumping in front of a camera and giving a speech daily. Believe me, she used this big time!

The American people have been far too silent for far too long about this rifraff.

The scum of the gutter of Arkansas politics.

Now they are getting a taste of what it's going to be like the rest of their lives,"The most reviled couple in America!"

Oh well, perhaps you did see more of this then on your local news. I stand corrected, but I saw her a lot on the national type news, and always making a speech, not just giving information or comforting the public. As usual, it was all about her.

"That too would have spoke volumes about their feelings, but in a more dignified way."

WhatEVER in Hillary's behavior has revealed her appreciation of dignity?

Not responding is far too subtle for her and anyway, CNN would have reported that the audience sat in hushed awe of her. . .

Look, Hillary is used to 'hardball'. . . it is her game; she is a foul-mouthed, insufferable and arrogant woman; who despite her pretense of doing 'work' for the 'little people'; she just cannot help demonstrate at every opportunity, how much she hates them.

. . .Add to that, her politics, her lies, her disenfranchising everyone who wears a uniform, from the Boy Scouts. . .Firemen, Policemen. . .to a Military that silently served her and one might reasonably conclude she deserved much worse. No reason to fault these people who have been through the gates of hell and who deserve to express their real feelings in a non-violent way. . .Truly, it is such a small justice. . .

BTW, do not recall her apologising when 'her people' spit on the Honor Guards at one of her fundraisers or whatever it was, perhaps I missed her regrets. . .
